JOB TITLE: Concrete Foreman (3–5 yrs. experience)
COMPENSATION: Wage depends on skills
SUMMARY:
Required to perform a variety of tasks including supervising a concrete crew; erecting and setting forms for concrete structures and buildings; and performing basic site work in accordance with specifications and provided drawings. This position also requires the ability to competently operate a skid steer and mini excavator.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Perform quality work at a productive rate with minimal supervision. Supervise a concrete/form crew of up to 3–4 team members. Follow company safety policies, arrive on time, and be prepared with all required materials and tools.
DUTIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
Maintain and submit daily reports, time sheets, and JSAs.
Working knowledge & demonstrated skills in simple math, reading & writing English.
General knowledge of blueprints and job layout documentation.
Basic building layout skills.
Ability to operate electrical/air‑powered hand tools within manufacturer guidelines.
Understand rebar drawings and how to tie rebar.
Maintain all hand tools in clean and proper working condition.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Pre‑employment background check, physical, and drug‑screen required.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TOOLS & POLICIES:
Each employee must provide their own hand tools, tool belts/bags, sledgehammer, hard hat, safety vests, steel‑toed boots, rubber boots, proper gloves, and any other personal tools needed to complete daily tasks.
The Company will provide all power tools and required personal protective equipment (PPE).
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work in uncontrolled environmental conditions (weather changes and job‑site conditions).
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; routinely 50 lbs.
Frequent climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.
Ability to work different shifts, long hours (8–12 hours), and weekends as needed.
Must have good vision, stamina, and strong hand/eye coordination.
