Cabinet Fabrication & Assembly
Cut, shape, and assemble wood and laminate materials using power and hand tools.
Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and blueprints
Assemble cabinet components including face frames, boxes, shelving, and hardware.
Material Handling
Select appropriate materials and ensure all components meet specifications.
Inspect and verify measurements, cuts, and joinery for quality and consistency.
Installation Support
Assist with on-site installation when needed, ensuring accurate fitting and finishing.
Coordinate with project managers and installers to resolve any field modifications.
Tool & Machine Operation
Operate table saws, jointers, planers, routers, sanders, and other woodworking equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on all tools and machinery.
Quality Control
Conduct thorough inspections throughout the build process.
Identify and correct defects or inconsistencies in craftsmanship.
Required:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Proficiency in using woodworking tools and machinery.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards of work.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a warehouse or jobsite environment.
Preferred:
Experience working in high-volume production environments.
Familiarity with CNC machines or automated woodworking systems.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
2+ years of experience in cabinet making or millwork (preferably commercial).
Strong understanding of cabinetry construction techniques and materials.
Indoor shop and occasional on-site installation settings.
Fast-paced, deadline-driven, team-oriented production floor.
